With a broad and solid track record in the music business, the most renown being making beats for Azealia Banks on her latest album, Travis Stewart (his real name) is hardly a rookie in the game.

“He fits in particularly well because he’s an experimental electronic artist and that’s one of our key principles,” he says. “Not just that, he’s unmistakably precise and prolific – just a brilliant producer. I think we’ll see him producing records for all sorts of people, not just for us but for big stars and pop artists.” – Ninja Tune label head Peter Quicke (read more on Billboard Biz)

“Really excited about working with Ninja Tune,” said the Berlin-based American producer. “I’ve been a fan for years and am honored to be releasing my work alongside some personal heroes and innovators in music.” – statement by Machinedrum (read more on Ninja Tune web site)
